1. Strategic Projects Subcommittee: This Subcommittee shall be chaired by the Chair (or a delegate), with membership including the Vice Chair and five (5) other Members. The Subcommittee shall be responsible for considering, examining and recommending short- and long-term projects to Members of SUPER-FORG for consideration and adoption for execution.
2. Grievance Subcommittee: This Subcommittee shall be chaired by the Vice Chair (or a delegate), with membership including the General Secretary and one (1) other Member. This Subcommittee shall adjudicate all grievances for peaceful resolutions.
3. Communication Subcommittee: This Subcommittee shall be chaired by the General Secretary (or a delegate), with membership including the Coordinator and five (5) other Members. The Subcommittee shall be responsible for developing communication strategies for interacting with Members of SUPER-FORG, Member Fraternities and the public. The Subcommittee shall also maintain electronic, social and print media presence on behalf of SUPER-FORG USA.
4. Coordination Subcommittee: This Subcommittee shall be chaired by the Coordinator (or a delegate), with membership including the Vice Chair and five (5) other Members. The Subcommittee shall be responsible for expanding the Membership of SUPER-FORG USA by bringing in new fraternities of Ghanaian secondary schools in USA.
